Born and raised near Quebec City, Etienne move to Whistler in the late 90s Drawn by the allure of the great outdoors. He brought with him a classic culinary training rooted in French cooking techniques. This foundation has been a cornerstone of his expertise, allowing him to blend tradition with innovation in the kitchen.

With every dish, his goal is to elevate the dining experience into a memorable culinary journey.
